Important: Please complete the participant waiver before joining any of our group runs.

Amenities: Bag drop facilities will be available and organised by the run leaders.

Session details: 

Marathon specific run with warm-up and cool-down with three options:

• Option 1: 10-20k steady pace run
• Option 2: 1 x 10k at marathon effort with 1k float
• Option 3: 2 x 10k at marathon effort with 1k float

Pace groups will be determined based on everyone’s abilities on the day..
